Terms of Service

1. Service Description & Company Ownership

Dhanote Broadband is a registered trademark and commercial brand operated under Dhanote IT Park Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). The Company provides Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) broadband internet access, wireless networking, and specialized ISP management software suites including RADIUS billing systems, PTA log servers, and TR069 ACS remote management tools.

2. Regulatory & PTA Compliance Policy

All broadband services and software operations strictly conform to the rules, regulations, and directives issued by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) and national law enforcement agencies. Users are strictly prohibited from using the service for:

• Accessing, hosting, or distributing content banned under Pakistani regulations or PTA guidelines.
• Unlawful voice bypass, unauthorized VoIP call termination, or illegal telecommunication practices.
• Cybercrimes, unauthorized network intrusion, phishing, spamming, or denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.

We reserve the unconditional right to suspend or terminate services immediately and cooperate with government authorities in the event of suspected regulatory breaches.

3. Fair Usage Policy (FUP) & Traffic Management

While Dhanote Broadband offers unlimited data packages, subscribers are subject to reasonable traffic management policies to ensure consistent network stability for all users. Excessive bandwidth consumption designed to degrade overall network quality or unauthorized commercial resale of residential connections is strictly prohibited.

4. Billing, Subscriptions & Payments

Subscribers agree to pay all applicable monthly subscription fees, installation charges, and equipment costs in advance by the designated billing due date. Failure to remit payment within the grace period will result in automated line suspension by our RADIUS billing engine. Reconnection charges may apply upon reactivation.

5. Limitation of Liability & Service Availability

While We maintain a 99.9% target uptime across core fiber backbones, broadband services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Dhanote IT Park Private Limited shall NOT be held liable for service interruptions caused by:

• Third-party physical fiber cable cuts, civil infrastructure work, or road excavations.
• Widespread electric grid failures, power surges, or severe weather conditions.
• Force Majeure events, natural disasters, or acts of government authorities.

In no event shall the Company's cumulative financial liability exceed the monthly subscription fee paid by the user during the billing cycle in which the event occurred.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software source code, trademarks, branding, UI designs, ZALPRO RADIUS modules, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dhanote IT Park Private Limited. No user or third party is granted rights to reverse engineer, decompile, or re-distribute our proprietary software without explicit written authorization.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall fall exclusively within the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
